Invoice Generator builds a clean, professional invoice from a simple form — your business details, the client's details, one or more line items, and an optional tax rate — and totals everything automatically as you type. The preview below updates live and matches what will print.
Use Print / Save as PDF to get a finished document: your browser's print dialog opens with just the invoice formatted for the page, and choosing "Save as PDF" (or "Microsoft Print to PDF" on Windows) as the destination saves it as a PDF file instead of printing on paper.
